About the speakers:

Jasmine Henczel, PREC, has been in Real Estate since 2006 and for years has been known in my community as an experienced, highly successful, honest, and reliable Realtor. She prides herself on being well informed on the area, the market and the most current marketing tools. Her attention to detail and work ethic are top notch.

Tara Rayner enjoys helping first time home buyers navigate the process of buying their first home. Understanding that the process can be complicated and stressful, Tara's approach is all about educating clients to ensure they feel knowledgeable and empowered to make a confident decision. She prides herself on her integrity, honesty and making sure her clients interests are always put first.

Eddie Carter moved to Squamish in 2010 and articled at a local law firm, afterwards, he worked at a boutique North Vancouver law firm specializing in solicitors’ practice. Eddie joined Race & Company LLP in January 2020, and was extremely grateful to cut out his commute to spend more time in his adopted hometown. He’s passionate about helping his clients navigate buying their first home, scaling up their business and making important decisions about their estate planning
