Listen to a panel of local sewers and makers to hear about their creative process.
Me Made May started as a challenge for home sewers to wear as many self made items as they could in the month of May to show them off, learn about their own style, and repair, mend, and alter their hand-made items.
This month we are celebrating local sewers and makers by inviting them to the library to share what inspires them, how they got started, and what “making” means to them!
Did you know the library lends out sewing machines and lots of books about sewing? If you want to try out sewing, check out our collection!
Conveniently located downtown, the Squamish Public Library has a large meeting room, quiet study spaces, an outdoor pickup window, and an art gallery.
